overview
At Klean Bharat, we harness the power of waste decomposition to generate clean electricity, contributing to sustainable energy and environmental conservation. Our Waste to Energy systems are designed to convert various types of waste — municipal solid waste, industrial waste, organic waste, and sewage sludge — into usable power through advanced biological and thermal processes.

How it works?
Unsegregated waste is fed into the Waste Incinerator and Flue Gas Boiler using a backhoe loader or conveyor system. The incineration process converts waste into heat energy, which produces high-pressure steam.
This steam drives a turbine connected to an electric generator, producing electricity that is supplied to the power grid through a transformer.
The steam is then condensed and cooled via a cooling tower, and the water is recycled back into the system, ensuring efficient and sustainable operation.
Key Advantages:
- Its an Eco-friendly Technology
- It does not require any segregation of wastes, but rather focuses on total destruction of both toxic, hazardous wastes that are difficult to handle & manage.
- It can reduce 01 (one) ton of garbage into only 03(three/0 kg of its volume.
- It generates 0.75 MWS of electricity every hour from waste/ garbage
- Recycled waste can be used to earn revenue.
- It is very easy to handle and manage.
- Ashes can be used in cement industry & making bricks.
- Tar can be used for constructing lands.
🌿 IMPACT
Klean Bharat’s waste-to-electricity initiatives close the loop between waste management and clean energy, turning environmental challenges into sustainable opportunities.
